We dispatch orders from metro locations across Australia.

Order processing time

Most orders are dispatched the same day if received before 2pm. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by a day. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you by email or phone.

Remote areas

Additional charges may apply for remote locations such as Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Cocos Island, and The Australian Antarctic Territory. Please contact us for further shipping details. You will be given a custom quote regarding the extra charge.

International delivery

We currently deliver within Australia and New Zealand.

Dispatch confirmation & tracking

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number(s). Tracking is usually active within 24 hours.

Returns policy

Our full Return & Refund Policy explains all options and procedures for returning your order. Our voluntary 90-day return offer covers unused, unopened items, subject to the fees and exceptions in that policy. Our additional cartridge warranty lasts 3 years; statutory rights remain unaffected.
